Rose Sugar Cubes

Put some sugar in a bowl.

Add a couple of drops of water til sugar looks like wet sand.

Add food coloring or flavorings if desired. The sugar cubes pictured above have a couple of drops of red food coloring and rosewater.

Pack tightly into silicone ice cube trays or plastic chocolate molds.

Let dry 12 hours.

Carefully remove from mold.

Great for iced tea!
